Harrison Price has over 20 years of M&A advisory, corporate finance, and financial restructuring experience. His background spans numerous buy-side, sell-side, and capital raising engagements, for both financially healthy and underperforming businesses. Mr. Price has completed over 60 financial advisory engagements across all major industry sectors. He has arranged private capital transactions totaling several billion dollars with institutional debt and equity sources. Mr. Price has also assisted underperforming companies in raising capital and completing financial restructurings. He has testified in federal court as an expert on a variety of M&A matters including the effectiveness of marketing processes used in selling companies, the adequacy of due diligence efforts, and the valuation of businesses. Mr. Price was a Managing Director in the investment banking group at Telos Capital Advisors, LLC. Mr. Price earned his B.S. in Economics and his J.D., each from the University of North Carolina.
