Since 1988, Mr. Weisman has been involved in private investments and volunteer activities. Prior to 1988, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Medical International, a multinational hospital firm. Mr. Weisman also is a director of Fresenius Medical Care AG and Vice Chairman and Lead Director of Maguire Properties, Inc. He is past Chairman and a life trustee of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Vice Chairman of the Board of the California Institute of Technology, Chairman of the Board of the Sundance Institute and a Trustee of the Samuel H. Kress Foundation. Member of the Corporate Governance, Nominating and Social Responsibility Committee, Dividend Committee, and Environmental, Health and Safety Committee.
