From November 2005 through April 2006, Mr. Cornelius served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (interim) of Guidant Corporation. He served as Guidant's Non-Executive Chairman of the Board from 2000 until 2005. Mr. Cornelius is a Director of The DIRECTV Group and Given Imaging Ltd. Age 64.
