After spending over six years in higher education as a Psychology and Business professor at institutions such as Temple University, Lancaster Bible College, and Johns Hopkins, Dr. Brandi turned in her grade-book and started her entrepreneurial career. Today, she's a published author and the founder of Millennial Ventures, the parent company to a growing suite of brands laser-focused on providing professionals with tools for career freedom. Dr. Brandi speaks at over 30 corporations and conferences annually to share her philosophy on leadership and career freedom. She is tapped by company leaders to provide her unconventional insights on how to enhance the employee experience, what it means to "put in work", and why leadership (or "leader-ish" as she calls it), is the great equalizer in life and business. She has been highlighted in the Philadelphia Business Journal's "People on the Move" campaign, and was appointed to Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney's Millennial Advisory Commission. She was recently named as one of Philadelphia's Most Influential African American's by the Philadelphia Tribune. Although her formal accomplishments are noteworthy, Dr. Brandi says that she was "put on earth to impact, not impress" those who she meets along her life's journey.
