Andrew Richman

Chief of Staff Andrew Richman has worked for the City of Philadelphia Law Department since 2009. He has served in his current position as Chief of Staff to City Solicitor Sozi Pedro Tulante since January 2016. From 2009 – 2015, Andrew worked in the Code Enforcement Unit, as both an Assistant and Deputy City Solicitor. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2002 and his law degree from Temple University in 2009.
