Nicholas DeBenedictis

Mr. DeBenedictis has been a director of Exelon since April 23, 2002. He serves on the corporate governance, energy delivery oversight and generation oversight committees. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aqua America Inc., a water utility with operations in 12 states. He is also a director of Met-Pro Corporation, and P.H. Glatfelter, Inc.
