My teaching career began at Napoleon, ND where I served four years as a business education/computer teacher and coaching football, basketball, and track. My first administration experience began in Broadus, MT serving one year as high school principal. It was the love for North Dakota that brought me back to Stanley, ND. At Stanley I spent five years as high school principal and another five years as district superintendent. I have been the superintendent of Northern Cass School District since August, 2004. My educational experience includes a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of North Dakota. I received my Masters degree in School Administration from the University of Mary and Bachelor of Science in Education from Valley City State University.
