Charles Glover is the Senior Program Officer at the Meadows Foundation, Inc. Prior to joining the Foundation, Glover served in several education leadership roles. Most recently, he was the Senior Fellow at Bellwether Education Partners – a Boston-based education consulting firm Served as the Chief of Human Capital Management in Dallas ISD. Glover originally moved to Dallas in late-2008 to establish Teach For America’s charter region, as the Executive Director of TFA-DFW. He started his career in Durham, NC as a middle school social studies teacher and football coach. He currently serves on the Leadership Council of Commit!, The Zero to Five Funders Collaborative (ZFCC), and the Texas Education Grantmakers Association Consortium (TEGAC). Glover received his B.S. in Sociology from Texas A&M University and his M.Ed. in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University.
