Frank J. Borelli was elected a director of Express Scripts in January 2000. Mr. Borelli has been a Senior Advisor to Stone Point Capital, an investment management company and formerly a wholly-owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. or "M&MC", a global professional services firm, since his retirement from M&MC in January 2001 where he served as Senior Vice President, among other positions.. He is also a director and Audit Committee Chairman of Genworth Financial, Inc. and is a director of the Interpublic Group of Companies and a director of Signal Holdings Inc., an investee company of Trident Fund, which is managed by Stone Point Capital LLC.
