Tan is in his current role since 2018, joining Cisco in 2007. Earlier, he was the leader of Cisco Asia Pacific and Japan. Previously, he was a principal at A.T. Kearney and worked at Hewlett-Packard as business-unit leader for the APJ communications and media solutions group.
