Jeff Early

Jeffrey B. Early brings 40 years of senior executive leadership and client service to The Alexander Group where, as Managing Director, he leads the firm’s management, strategy, and business development, and conducts Board and C-suite searches. Most recently, Mr. Early served as Texas President of Chicago-based Northern Trust, a global leader of wealth management solutions for corporations, institutional investors, and high net worth individuals. During his 24-year tenure managing Northern Trust's Houston and then Dallas organization, Mr. Early built Northern Trust's Texas presence from one office with a team of 15 into its current seven locations with 150 professionals. Mr. Early earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Boy Scouts of America Sam Houston Area Council and is a member of the Development Board for UTHealth. He is past Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army of South Texas, past President of the Houston Symphony Society Board of Trustees, and a past Trustee of the Holocaust Museum Houston.
