Blaire Meck

Blaire Meck is Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Aircastle Advisor LLC, a NYSE listed aircraft lessor based in Stamford, CT. Prior to joining Aircastle in 2012, Blaire has held roles in Human Resources at hedge funds Chilton Investment Company, Soros Fund Management LLC and compensation consulting firm McLagan Partners. Blaire began her career in financial services with Smith Barney Capital Management after graduating from Bucknell University with a BS in Business Administration. She is thrilled to be working alongside her brother Terrence in continuing Rand’s philanthropic legacy, a man she loved and admired throughout his life. Blaire has two beautiful children and lives in Norwalk, CT.
