Thomas O Ryder

Thomas O. Ryder has been a director of the Company since November 2002. Mr. Ryder was Chairman of the Reader's Digest Association, Inc. from April 1998 to December 2006, and was Chief Executive Officer from April 1998 to December 2005. Mr. Ryder is also a director of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Virgin Mobile USA, Inc.
