Betsy Laird

A 14-year veteran of ICSC, Betsy Laird manages all global government relation operations for ICSC’s 70,000+ international members and acts as liaison to the Board of Trustees on all public policy matters. Betsy holds a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Penn State University, a J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and maintains over 34 years of experience in government relations and public policy.
