As Assistant Superintendent, Dr. Erlendson’s primary responsibilities included leading cross-functional departmental and community teams nationally recognized for developing data driven processes critical for organizational performance excellence. This included implementing national models in public engagement that served to guide and inform system wide cultural change and policy development. Receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from San Jose State University, a Masters in Educational Administration from the University of San Francisco, and a Masters and Doctorate in Music from Stanford University, Dr. Erlendson currently serves as Director and co founder of the Silicon Valley Regional Trust (SVRDT) an organization dedicated to leveraging change in the culture and practice of how data is responsibly used to develop actionable solutions to critical educational and social problems.
