Lane served as EVP and chief information officer at The TJX Companies Inc. until her retirement in 2013. Previously, she was group chief information officer at National Grid plc, and CIO at Gillette Co., GE Oil & Gas, and GE Vendor Financial Services. She currently is on the board of Armstrong Flooring Inc.
