Flanagan has been in her current position since 2016. She was president of the Snacks Division of ConAgra Foods from 2011 until 2014 and president of its Convenient Meals Division from 2008 to 2011. Previously she held leadership posts at PepsiCo. Inc. and General Mills Inc.
