Joe King

Joe King has served as President of Coldwell Banker West Shell in Cincinnati and Coldwell Banker King Thompson in Columbus, Ohio, since 2005. In this role, he oversees the operations of 18 offices and more than 1,500 independent sales associates throughout Columbus, Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. King previously served as Regional Vice President of Coldwell Banker Gundaker in St. Louis, overseeing 17 offices and 1,600 sales associates. King began his real estate career with Gundaker Realtors® in 1993. As an associate, he consistently ranked in the top 1% of the company in sales. In 1999, he was named Branch Manager for the company's new office in a developing area. Gundaker Realtors® was acquired in 2001 by NRT, which also owns Coldwell Banker West Shell and Coldwell Banker King Thompson. King was appointed Manager of one of the largest offices in the newly formed Coldwell Banker Gundaker company. King resides in Cincinnati with his wife, Lana, and two children, Olivia and Sam.
