Joseph M Miller

Joseph Miller is responsible for the daily operation and investment strategy for Twenty Lake Holdings, a real estate investment firm and advisor to corporations with underutilized real estate. He is also the CEO of Praxis Commercial a full service commercial brokerage company. Before creating Twenty Lake, he was a real estate executive for Digital First Media, where he was responsible for developing a successful real estate strategy to raise capital and reduce legacy-operating expenses in a 6.0 million square foot portfolio. Prior to that role he spent 10 years in the real estate industry with over $5.0 billion of transactional experience in mixed-use high-rise development, asset management, acquisitions, financings and leasing. Mr. Miller received a BA from SUNY Geneseo, an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and an MBA from Columbia University
