Lois B Kagan

Lois B. Kagan joined the group in November 2015 as Head of Valuation, Redevelopment, and Financing. Her responsibilities include securing property level and corporate debt, overseeing the redevelopment of TLH’s transitional assets, acquisition analysis and ongoing portfolio valuation. Ms. Kagan comes to TLH from the Structured Finance Group at Bank of America. Prior to Bank of America, Ms. Kagan spent five years working with a NY based real estate developer and ten years with Lehman Brothers in the Principal Transactions Group. Between her years at Bank of America and Lehman Brothers, Ms. Kagan has successfully closed over $6.0 bln of debt and equity real estate transactions. She brings a broad range of experience having been involved in equity transactions, senior, mezzanine, and CMBS lending, capital markets, risk management, underwriting and development. Ms. Kagan has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a Marketing major from Hofstra University and a Master of Science in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University.
