Dyan Dyer Cornelius, age 59, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, passed away on March 7, 2007. Mrs. Cornelius was born in Virden, Manitoba, Canada and moved to Palm Beach Gardens in 1989 from Malibu, California. She was the Founder, CEO and Chairman of Command Software Systems, which grew from two people in Florida in 1989, to over one hundred beloved employees and millions of happy customers. Dyan was a long time volunteer and supporter of the Lupus Foundation. She was also a member of Mar-A-Lago. Dyan received the 1999 Woman Entrepreneur of the Year, Trailblazer Award, and the Crystal Clipper Award from The Women's Executive Ball. Mrs. Cornelius was an antique collector, did considerable charity work, and party planning. She is survived by her loving husband Gary; her three brothers Mark, Walter and Lance McKay; her niece Christine McKay; two nephews Paul and Kevin, two grand nieces and two grand nephews.
