Kathy Starkoff

Starkoff is founder, president and CEO of Orange Star Consulting. Previously she was CIO at The Ohio State University and a member of both the president's council and the University's management committee. She served as CTO and group VP of Limited Brands, a global retailer and CTO and SVP at Bank One Corp.
