James F Gentilcore

James F. Gentilcore, also known as Jim, served as a Executive Chairman of PQ Group Holdings Inc. since August 9, 2018 until December 31, 2018. He was CEO and President of PQ Group Holdings Inc. since July 1, 2016 until August 9, 2018 and its Chairman since December 2017 until August 9, 2018. He served as a Director of PQ Group Holdings Inc. since June 2016 until December 31, 2018. Mr. Gentilcore served as Executive Advisor of CCMP Capital Advisors, LP from April 30, 2014 to June 2016. At CCMP, Mr. Gentilcore focused on sourcing, evaluating and managing new industrial investment opportunities in North America and Europe. He served as CEO at Edwards Group Limited from March 2013 to January 2014, when Edwards Group was acquired by Atlas Copco AB and Edwards Limited since March 2013. Mr. Gentilcore served as CEO of EPAC Technologies Inc. a leader in supply chain automation for the book publishing industry, from January 2009 to March 2011. He served as the COO and President of Semiconductor Products Group of Brooks Automation Inc. from October 2005 to November 30, 2007. Prior to October 2005, he served as the CEO and President at Helix Technology Corporation from December 2002 to October 2005. He served as the COO and EVP of Helix Technology Corporation since December 2002. Prior to joining Helix in 2002, he served with Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. from 1996 to 2002, including as its COO and EVP. From 1990 to 1996, he served as Corporate Vice President of Marketing for MKS Instruments Inc. He spent 10 years in the electronics materials industry with Air Products Inc., serving in various business development and operational roles. He has been an Independent Director of Milacron Holdings Corp. since February 2014. Mr. Gentilcore has been a Director of Edwards UKCo 2 Ltd., since March 1, 2013. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Entegris Inc., since December 10, 2013. He served as a Director of KMG Chemicals, Inc. since May 19, 2014 until December 8, 2016. He served as an Independent Non Executive Director at Edwards Group Limited from December 2007 to January 2014. He is President and Board Member of various trade associations in the semiconductor and related industries. Mr. Gentilcore holds an M.B.A. from Lehigh University and a B.Sc. in Engineering from Drexel University.
