Son of Blackhawks owner Rocky Wirtz
Danny Wirtz was named Chicago Blackhawks CEO in December of 2020 (he was the interim president for about seven months before that). Wirtz was recently voted in as Wirtz Corporation’s chairman and president and will oversee the family’s entire business empire after his father, Rocky, died July 25 2023 at the age of 70,
