Gary Epstein

Gary Epstein is presently a Senior Partner in the Washington office of Latham & Watkins LLP. He is the Global Chair of the Firm's Communications Practice Group and leads the firm's Telecommunications Practice. He previously served as Chief of the Common Carrier Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission from 1981 to 1983. He has served on numerous communications boards and advisory commissions. He is also Board Chair of DC Appleseed, a nonprofit organization that seeks to solve important public policy issues facing the Washington, D.C. area.
