Richard Huberman

has worked in the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission as Counsel to Thomasina Rogers, Commissioner and former Chairman, since 1998. From 1995-1997, he served on the Democratic staff of the House Education and Labor Committee handling workplace safety and pension issues. From 1980-1995, he served as Counsel to the Commerce Subcommittee of the House Energy and Commerce Committee handling railroad and consumer protection issues. He previously was a staff attorney for the former Office of Rail Public Counsel.
