Elaine Kaplan

is currently the Senior Deputy General Counsel for the National Treasury Employees Union. Previously she was nominated by President Clinton to serve as head of the United States Office of Special Counsel. She has also worked with the Solicitor’s Office in the United States Department of Labor and with Bernabei and Katz, a nationally recognized employment law/civil rights firm.
