Robert Stok

Robert A. Stok, the Stok Kon + Braverman's founder, transitioned to the legal profession after a successful 20-year career as an investment banker on Wall Street. Mr. Stok has extensive experience and expertise in commercial litigation and bankruptcy, as well as in appellate litigation, arbitration, business disputes and transactions, creditor’s rights, and commercial and residential real estate transactions and closings. He earned his JD, cum laude, from the University of Miami, where he served as a member of the Dean’s Circle.
