Unlike his older brother, Emilio Nicolas Jr., Nicolas didn’t follow his father into broadcasting, choosing instead to become a real estate developer as president of 3N Group, LLC, which focuses on urban redevelopment projects in downtown San Antonio and the South Flores Arts District.
