Clay G Small

Clay G. Small, 53, was elected to PBG's Board in May 2002. Mr. Small is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Frito-Lay, Inc., a subsidiary of PepsiCo. Mr. Small joined PepsiCo as an attorney in 1981. He served as Vice President and Division Counsel of Pepsi-Cola Company from 1983 to 1987 and Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Pizza Hut, Inc. from 1987 to 1997.
