Bay Miry

Developer Bay Miry worked at his father’s development firm, D&S Development, for 15 years before striking out on his own, founding Miry Development in 2018. He is also a principal at Bardis & Miry Development with his wife, Katherine Bardis-Miry. At D&S Development, Miry championed some of Sacramento’s most iconic mixed- use projects, including 16 Powerhouse, the historic building conversion at 14th and R streets and the 700 block of K Street. He is a founding board member of R Street Partnership.
