As managing principal at LDK Ventures, Denton Kelley identifies and executes new real estate investment opportunities for the company, which he operates in partnership with his father, Larry Kelley. He previously worked in New York City at Bessent Capital as an equity research analyst. Kelley also spent three years in the investment banking division of wealth management firm Robertson Stephens. Prior to that, Kelley worked at Dallas-based Prentiss Properties as an acquisition and development analyst. In that position, he shared responsibility for the company’s 2 million-square-foot office/industrial portfolio. LDK Ventures is the developer behind The Railyards, a 244- acre urban infill project.
