Brian C Vail

Brian Vail is owner and president of the real estate management and investment firm River West Investments, which has land holdings in California, Nevada and Hawaii. He acquired the company in 1999. Under Vail’s leadership, the company has managed more than $1 billion in public infrastructure projects. The company is considered a leader in environmentally sustainable master planned communities, having planted more than 40,000 trees. Vail was one of the partners in a real estate development group that donated land valued at more than $8 million to UC Davis Health System to expand medical services in Placer County.
