Sotiris Kolokotronis

Since 1987, Sotiris Kolokotronis has led the development of urban infill, mixed- use, mixed-income residential, ground-up commercial and land development projects that serve as models for smart growth. He helped pioneer the renaissance of midtown Sacramento through projects like L Street Lofts, 1801 L Building, The Fremont Building, Capitol Park Homes, Q19 Apartments and 20PQR Townhomes.
