Gene Whitehouse

Chairman, United Auburn Indian Community

For the past six years, Gene Whitehouse has been tribal chairman of the United Auburn Indian Community. He currently serves as chairman of the board of directors of Thunder Valley Casino Resort, and he had a management role in the resort’s 2010 expansion. Whitehouse is secretary of the board of directors for Chapa-De Indian Health, which provides health care to American Indians and low-income individuals and families.
