Yu Meng

At CalPERS, Yu (Ben) Meng oversees nearly 400 employees and is responsible for investment policies, risk management, corporate governance standards, and environmental, social and governance strategies. He manages a $350 billion investment portfolio composed of public and private investments. He returned to CalPERS in 2019 after serving as the deputy chief in- vestment officer at the State Administration of Foreign Exchange for three years.
