Ginger Hahn

When chocolatier Ginger Elizabeth Hahn opened her eponymous boutique in Sacramento in 2008, she had already racked up some serious credentials, including graduating with honors from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. Since then, she has been voted a Top Ten Chocolatier in North America by Pastry Arts Magazine and launched a second retail location in 2018 in San Francisco. Hahn’s popular seasonal items are known to attract long lines of customers. She counts meeting and dining with Julia Child among her notable accomplishments. Hahn is a supporter of the Sacramento Food Bank & Family Ser- vices and Sacramento Children’s Home.
