Eileen Drake

Eileen Drake served on active duty for seven years as a U.S. Army aviator and airfield commander at Davison Army Airfield in Virginia. A Distinguished Military Graduate of the U.S. Army Aviation Officer School, Drake holds commercial and pri- vate pilot licenses in both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. She started working as chief operating officer at Aerojet Rock- etdyne Holdings in 2015 and a few months later was appointed CEO. Before coming to AR Holdings, Drake held leadership positions at Pratt & Whitney Company, United Technologies Corporation and Ford Motor Company. She serves on the board of directors for Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. and Woodward, Inc.
