John Ferguson is president of CBRE’s Southeast Division, which he’s led since 2011. Ferguson oversees operations in 23 market areas—including Atlanta, Birmingham, Miami, Washington, D.C., and Norfolk—and is the primary relationship manager for CBRE’s affiliate office in North Carolina. Under his leadership, CBRE has had outstanding performance across a broad range of attributes, including new business development, business and sales management, market and industry leadership, client relationships, and people management. CBRE has remained the top commercial real estate firm in the Southeast and continues to make key acquisitions and recruit top professionals.
