Thomas E Aderhold

Tom Aderhold is chairman of Aderhold Properties, Atlanta’s premier loft apartment owner and manager, focusing on historic properties and offering creatively designed residential and commercial lofts. Aderhold was named chairman of the company in 2014. He was president of the firm from 2002 to 2014 and vice president of operations from 1996 to 2002, and has been intimately involved in the Atlanta real estate and development markets for more than 40 years. Aderhold is a licensed real estate broker, has a CAPS designation from the National Apartment Association, and has served as president of both Atlanta and Georgia Apartment Associations.
