Aaron Goldman

Aaron Goldman is president and co-owner of Perennial Properties, a development, investment, and management firm focused on multifamily rental housing accompanied by retail establishments. Raised in Milwaukee, Goldman is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin’s real estate program. In 2012, he became a founding board member of the Atlanta Real Estate Collaborative, a group of real estate principals who united to address street homelessness by creating Open Doors, which has now housed more than 6,000 people.
