Loren Flaum is the vice president for finance at the Flaum Management Company, a commercial real estate firm in Rochester that was owned and operated by his parents. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and received a master’s in real estate from New York University. He is also studying for an M.B.A. at the University of Rochester.
