Roz Mallet is a seasoned leader with extensive and diverse experience in enterprise strategy, turn arounds, transition planning, systems implementation, human capital development and franchise operations. She is recognized in the industry for her innovative approaches, financial and organizational development results, the ability to build sustainable talent pipelines and a commitment to impacting her industry and community. Roz is a co-founder of PhaseNext Hospitality — a multi brand franchise operating company. In her current position, Roz moved to the entrepreneurial side of business. Her comprehensive general management experience includes overseeing all functional areas, with an emphasis on operations, portfolio management, human resources, franchise systems development and financial analysis.
