Glenn Evans

Glenn is a well-respected global leader with nearly 30 years of strategic and operational experience, including thirteen years in the Asia Pacific region. Most of his career has been spent within the beauty industry for companies like Avon, Coty and The Estee Lauder Companies. Glenn joined The Estée Lauder Companies in 2005 as Vice President, Global Supply Chain, Asia Pacific. Later he served as Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain, successfully leading the Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence. In 2016 he was named and as Senior Vice President, Leading Beauty Forward, an ELC initiative that positioned the company for continued growth and future success. In July 2019, Glenn was appointed Senior Vice President, Global General Manager, Smashbox. He now resides in Los Angeles with his husband Calvin, and their two Miniature Schnauzers, Oliver and Parker. Glenn is passionate about employee career growth and extends this dedication in many ways including through his executive co-chair role of the Company’s LGBTQA employee resource group, wELCome. Glenn attended North Carolina State University, majoring in Computer Science.
