Erin Roberts

Erin Roberts is an Assistant Vice President and a Senior Business Control Specialist at Bank of America for the Center of Excellence within Enterprise Process Oversight. Erin has been on “Out at Work” transgender lesbian since joining eight years ago. Prior to joining Bank of America in 2011 she had a diverse career in healthcare finance. Erin has led technical, business operations, sales, and marketing teams. She earned a bachelor’s of arts degree in Theology & Psychology with honors from Evangel University and later earned an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Erin resides in North Texas and is involved in a number of LGBT+ and community volunteer activities. Erin has been a visibly out advocate for Equality in the LGBT+ community for over 10 years. She currently serves as a Co-Chair of the BofA LGBT Pride North Texas employee network. She has represented the bank at the Out & Equal and currently serves on the Board of Prism Health North Texas whose mission is “advancing the health of North Texas through education, research, prevention, and personalized integrated HIV care.” Erin has two children; the oldest is in her second year at Texas A&M University (BioChem) and her youngest is an outstanding high school student athlete.
