Beltramo is an anti-gender scholar, conference speaker, and government advisor. He currently serves as director of the Office for Europe of the Population Research Institute. He is affiliated with anti-gender organizations including the Political Network for Values. He has a degree in Philosophy from the UPAEP, in Mexico and a PhD in Education from the University of Navarra. He is the creator of the Scenario Analysis method and other citizen participation tools.
