Charisse Ford Hughes

Ford Hughes joined Kellogg Company in 2020. Previously, she was chief marketing officer for Pandora Jewelry's Americas region. She held senior marketing and leadership positions at Avon Products Inc., the Sara Lee Corporation, and Estee Lauder Companies Inc. where she was senior vice president. She currently serves on the board of the Baltimore Development Corporation and is a board advisor to Pixability.
