Ian Borman

Ian Borman is a solicitor and partner based in the London office of Winston & Strawn LLP, a leading international law firm headquartered in Chicago. He has practised as a banking and finance lawyer for twenty years, specialising in a wide range of international corporate debt financing transactions. Ian was previously a member of the board of SJ Berwin LLP and a board member for 10 years (and later chairman) of L’Ouverture Trust, an arts and education charity based in New Cross Gate. Ian is actively involved in training for the Loan Market Association, speaking at conferences and writing articles on financing topics.
