Mark Machin

Goldman also named Mark Machin as co-head of investment banking in Asia. Machin joined Goldman in London in 1991 and moved to Hong Kong in 1994 as part of the equity capital markets team. He became co-head of that business in 2000 and head of financing in 2003, according to the memo, the contents of which were confirmed by Hong Kong-based Goldman spokesman Edward Naylor. He was made a partner in 2002.
