Bob Bosshard

Bob Bosshard is a partner in the Audit and Assurance Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Toronto office. Throughout his career, Bob has worked across all market segments, primarily in the consumer and industrial products industries but has considerable experience with property and casualty insurance companies. Bob is involved with Canadian and US publicly listed companies operating in the mining industry with locations around the globe. He is familiar with the Canadian, US and IFRS reporting requirements. Bob also advises his clients about issues to be addressed with Canadian and US public offerings. Bob received a BA (Honours Accounting and Finance) from Lancaster University, UK and has CA designations in both Canada and the United Kingdom. Active in the community, he is currently the President of the Burlington Golf and Country Club and a member of the Audit Committee of the Halton District School Board.
